You want the plugin by Mark Jacquith aptly named “Subscribe to comments”. Click Install, then activate and your finished. If you find this process confusing, I have a video and article that covers the installation process in detail called How To Install WordPress Plugins

Conclusion

In this article / video I went over how to install the Subscribe To Comments plugin.  I talked about why this plugin is so important (giving your readers a reason to comment, and allowing them to be notified whenever you or someone else posts a reply to their comment).

I hope that one day this plugin will be integrated by default for the wordpress.org installation, but until then you should really consider installing this plugin and using it right away.
